Responsible individuals receive the messages, respond to them, prepare reports on completed tasks, and send the responses back to the users after verification by a central editorial team. This ensures that citizen messages are addressed within 10 working days.

Once a decision has been made by the relevant department regarding a user's issue, the user will receive a response via email, their personal account, or the "Report Problems" section. Users can then assess or dispute the response.
